CTC is an IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public benefit organization that fights information poverty and eWaste pollution through scalable programs. CTC is a positive catalyst for change specifically in Northern and Central California as well as in many International locations. We believe tackling daunting problems by using hard-nosed approaches to alleviate information poverty and eWaste pollution delivers the kind of social impact that improves communities.
